The complex relationship between women’s hormones, emotions, thoughts, actions, creativity, and fertility have not been researched enough. We understand so little about these areas of study, quite frankly, it’s embarrassing as a human species who call themselves evolved. The building blocks of our society are literally within the cell walls of a woman’s body. No reproduction, no society.

Microdosing psilocybin and herbal supplements designed to balance hormones can have an adverse affect of working against each other. The complex relationship of lung’s production of the molecule DMT, oxygenating the blood, and supporting the blood’s ability to carry vital nutrients and minerals to all the organs of the body are all affected by the use of psychedelic drugs and herbs that work to help the body find balance in the hormones it produces. The body knows for the most part what it’s equilibrium is, at least that’s what this study has found:

When certain chemicals or elements, that incidentally but not inconsequentially, that are found in nature within certain parts of plants’ roots, leaves, flowers, or seeds, are introduced into the human body, and for the purposes of this article, specifically into the female’s internal environment, can have awesome affects on the body’s own ability in finding equilibrium. This is an area of study that needs more research. Essentially, the area of study that needs more research is how the body actually heals, repairs, makes adjustments, and rebalances itself. What are all the external factors that could affect the body’s ability to find it’s own balance? What internal functions that are the foundations to a body that can heal itself? Is the body a closed or open system? Can the body be seen as separate from its environment, and is it helpful to see it as such?
Positive Psychology research shows that the chemicals produced when “thinking positively” about the something, for example the outcome of a situation or life event, can actually support the functioning of the Pre-Frontal Cortex, that can actually help the brain problem solve in difficult scenarios. The ability of the body to not only heal itself physically but to also hold the awareness of a situation in the brain in a specific way that would then lead to actions that would “heal” an external situation is phenomenal and deserves more research. This shows how there is a two way relationship between emotions and thoughts, and a three way relationship between emotions, thoughts, and actions. Actions that affect the emotions or thoughts is very common in our society. We watch a happy movie to feel happiness, we take a multivitamin to introduce supportive chemicals into our bodies, but how often is it discussed how we can not only use our emotions to support our actions but to use our emotions to support the actual internal functioning of our bodies. It is not a one way relationship when it comes to the environment and our internal systems.

There’s this concept called “Realidade Triplicada” or “Triple Reality:”
https://capitan-mas-ideas.blogspot.com/2016/10/triplica-tropical.html
This relates to the multiple dimensions of a body, and the body’s multiple interactions with the environment. Is the source of existence of the palm tree’s shadow the palm tree’s, the sun’s, it’s own, or all three? We can ask the same question for the reflection too. We can even ask the same question for the palm tree itself for that matter. During the investigation of an illness the question of the “source” of the illness is often inquired. It is often surmised that there is a “locatoin” of the “problem,” which must be determined to then root out the problem at its core, to “cure” the illness. Sometimes this could look like digging in the sand to find the source of the palms tree’ shadow. Often, without the whole we cannot understand the individual component we wish to understand better. Elusively of nature, the cosmos, our existence, and the imbalances that feels like it wreaks havoc on our lives seems to be a fluid concept that we must respectfully approach in all areas of our life. There is much mystery and magic in our world, and the bull-headed approach to dismantling all mystery and magic by modern-day science often leaves revolutionary answers and solutions at the wayside.
Yes, we don’t understand much of how herbs help support the body to heal itself. Yes, we don’t understand much of how women’s hormones are either affected by or how they affect the body, mind, and emotional center. The lack of understanding, the mystery, is not a hall pass to skip out on the class that life has assigned us to. It is a class that is difficult that requires more studying. The lack of understanding, the mystery, does not mean that there is nothing there to discover. It is like saying “That cave that has never been explored cannot possibly hold anything interesting.”

Brain chemistry can alter your emotions, doing certain activities produces feel good chemicals. Perhaps it’s not that the activity produces feel good chemicals but that because we are doing activities that our soul wants to do, it inhabits our body more and alters our chemical makeup to make itself feel more comfy.
