Finding joy in the present moment through mandalas.

Often we leave the present moment because the present moment feels too overwhelming or complicated.

Focusing on the simple geometric shapes and patterns in a mandala creates space for simplicity in your mind.

This focus, simplifies your present moment, which creates space.

Creating space in your mind helps make the present moment more spacious and comfortable so that you won’t want to leave it. 

When you don’t feel safe you try to leave the present moment.

But the trick is the present moment is the safest possible place to be, and if you don’t feel safe, you are not in the present moment.

We all need to do whatever it takes to stay in the present moment.

This is the only moment that exists.

The present is the only moment we can experience love.

Ecstasy is only in the present moment.

Suffering results from living in moments other than the present.

The present moment doesn’t disappoint.

The present moment doesn’t take away your soul.

The present moment is your home.

Return to your home. Your destiny is always drawing you home, drawing you back to the present moment.
