The Eternal Thread: Guide to the Present Moment

This is a guide you can refer to through the month. Expanding your capacity for joy, being present, and being self-sufficient. This guide will help you grow, integrate new ideas, and harmonize with life to inspire flow and ease.

Here are some themes that will be covered: Grounding and Presence, Connection to Nature, Sense of Accomplishment, Creativity and Expression, Slowing Down, Healing and Therapeutic Effects, Tradition and Legacy, Eco-conscious Living, and Engaging the Senses.

All of these practices are designed to connect you back to your present state and tap into states of flow.

Finding flow states in our current world requires intention and focus on positive thoughts.

The first step to finding your way to a flow state is breathing. Often we leave the present moment in pursuit of physical or mental gains that we think occupy the past or future. We trade the one true resource, presence, for the mirage of the past or future. All time is happening now, there is no reason to leave the “now,” all you want, desire, and need is *now.* The more you are being and the less you are pursuing, the more you realize you have available to you to increase your presence, increase your flow states, increase your experiences of joy.

There is an artificial womb in this world and it incubates an artificial reality that is untouchable for most people. The present is available to everyone. Breathe in, and say, “Be still,” breathe out and say, “and know,” breathe in and say “that I,” breathe out and say, “am God.”  God is inside of you, the Holy Spirit breathes with you, you are never alone.

You are not of, or in, the artificial world that humans have seemingly created. You came from, exist in, and will return to an infinite state of flow that cannot be contained by the structures and artificial rhythms of society.

Your greatest achievements, accomplishments, and growth will come from a sense of inner-dependability. Where you can trust others to support you and trust your inner wisdom.

The society we live in has forgotten their divine nature, and has created systems that we interact with in a hypnotized state focused on negative outcomes.

Hypnotizing yourself to focus on positivity of universal patterns and truth allows you to more easily return to flow states and the present moment.
